I feel the need to express my enthusiasm for Atlas Plumbing - quick response - quote that saved me a lot of money - excellent Customer Service - Eric East and his helper Simon were awesome!!!!!!!!!!! Eric asnwered every question I had and without hesitation - I learned from him - much appreciated........ JOB WELL DONE:-))) I'm a 5 time homeowner and have been here for 8 years - Atlas is the first plumber I've used that I can call AGAIN for work in the future - FINALLY.........or should I say AT LAST!!! A plumber who's integrity and work I can count on!!! THANK YOU ERIC AND ATLAS!!!!!!!

Atlas Plumbing has been our go-to plumbing company for years. We were in desperate need of a new toilet, but had put it off and put it off. Friends came to stay, toilet went astray, we needed a new toilet now! Mario Torrez came out the next morning at 8 am from Atlas Plumbing. He was on time, very professional and put in the new toilet. Richard arrived on time! He was very pleasant as well as helpful. He had a lot of different things I needed done and he handled every one with such ease. Along the way he gave me some advice on what not to do! He even moved my fridge out so I could clean out from under it. Boy were my kitty's busy as well as happy to have their treasures back. "These are the most honest, affordable plumbers I've ever met!"

These are the most honest, affordable plumbers I've ever met. They showed me where to insert a set screw on a faucet to avoid replacing the whole handle (whereas any other plumber may have honed in on my ignorance and charged me to completely replace it), and fixed a minor chain issue on a toilet without charge. No service fee, professional & friendly. We've had them replace a hot water heater in the past and been very happy. This is the type of company where you will want to stick their business card on the side of the fridge because you know they will always do an honest, affordable job.

I was impressed from the moment I called this business. A live person picked up the phone.
Their professionals were all booked, but, the receptionist called around to see if anyone could finish in time to squeeze me in. Awesome!
Sure enough, she found someone. Danny Lloyd. My appointment window was 12pm-2pm.
At 1115am, Danny texted my phone a complete introduction, including photo and qualifications and experience. I knew when he was going to arrive.
This plumber arrived exactly on time, brought an apprentice who's learning the trade.
These two worked meticulously, after rendering a specific quote for expected services.
After several hours of tending to a large, complex, plumbing order, Danny and his apprentice cleaned the work area to a spotless sparkle. No hint of them being there.
This crew was exceptional in every way. I will specifically request them for our future project

I wanted to commend the professional service I received from Eric. It all started with the moment he contacted me to let me know that he was on his way to my house with an estimated time of arrival. When knocked at my door, he introduced himself and reinstated what he was there for. He was very friendly, yet professional. While he was inspecting the issues I was having he was giving me different types of options to repair each item as well as the names of the parts that had failed in case I decided to do it on my own if I chose not to use his services. IMAGINE!!! WHO DOES THAT!!! He did not try to sell me on some expensive and unnecessary repair. He kept all the details simple and easy to understand. He gave me the option to call him back to tackle all the repairs at a later time if I was not sure I wanted to get it done at that time.
